30 Minute Illustrations

If you are ever working in a studio with a bunch of illustrators and storyboard artists I highly recommend trying this. Every Wednesday we gather together to produce an illustrative piece to a specific theme, in 30 minutes. It's great for pushing your time efficiency and even better for trying new techniques.

Photoshop Experiments Part 3

Here is a cover I did for a local artist. The brief required a depiction of the clash of good and evil, in comic style. I started with a sketch on paper using ink, and then scanned it into Photoshop to produce the desired finish.

Photoshop Experiments Part 2

Here is another example of how experimentation led to further my skills. I have a background in Multimedia Design, so to jump from Maya to Photoshop and to Illustrator wasn't such a daunting task. This was a design for a graphic design studio folio. My brief was basically to do a series of experimental pieces.

Here I wanted to create my own take on the urban jungle.

Photoshop Experiments

Here is a Photoshop painting from almost 2 years ago. I plan to display some of my older work so you can see where I have come from. I like to experiment with a lot of different styles and mediums.
